The Purpose of a C.A. Public Information (PI) Committee: The purpose of any Cocaine Anonymous Public Information (PI) Committee is to carry the C.A. message to the still-suffering addict by educating individuals, professionals, and the public about the Fellowship’s presence and purpose. PI Committees also keep members informed of updates to PI materials that may affect C.A. as a whole.
There are many ways to serve in PI at every level of the Fellowship, including:
- Serving as your home group’s PI Liaison
- Organizing C.A. Helplines
- Distributing meeting lists
- Joining local and global poster campaigns
- Conducting media outreach
- Attending community or industry events
- Giving presentations to professionals
- Creating content for websites
- Engaging on social media
- Hosting PI stalls or tents at concerts or festivals
- Participating in monthly PI Connection calls and so much more!
